Purchasing a house

The initial phase in preparing the development expertise is purchasing a player-claimed house. A house costs 1,000 coins and can be purchased by conversing with a home specialist.

Domain specialist

Domain specialists are NPCs that sell players land to fabricate their home on. These specialists can be found in a few significant urban areas: Varrock, Falador, Seers' Village, East Ardougne, and Hosidius. They are recognized on the minimap by an image of a little house. Players should pay 1,000 osrs coins or trade osrs items to buy their first house in Rimmington, and start preparing the Construction ability.

Workers can be employed at the Servants' Guild, the extremely northeastern structure in Ardougne. There are five distinct workers, which can perform different administrations. All workers can welcome visitors entering a players' home, however some will have various capacities, for example, taking things to and from the bank or sawmill. The more significant level worker a player has the better the old school runescape items he can carry, the quicker their administration is, the better food they give, and the more things they can convey to or from a bank or sawmill.
